Hussein Rifai - Managing Director

Sector Experience: Financial services, I.T, communications, real estate, healthcare, supply chain, media, government & FMCG.

Hussein has been advising clients on creating substantial revenue streams, building successful businesses and growing organisations through M&A for 26+ years. An astute business adviser, he is able to identify, negotiate, execute and complete complex business transactions across multinational jurisdictions. His experience extends sectors in Australia, North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East. Hussein’s professional history includes work with Ernst & Young, GE Healthcare, World Bank, IDB, EDB, Gulf Finance House, and Disney. He specialises in: capital solutions, M&A, business strategy, complex contract negotiations, funds management, multi-jurisdiction investment including emerging markets and Sharia compliant finance.
Andrew Cohen - Partner

Sector Experience: Financial services, healthcare and life sciences, transportation and logistics, technology and mining.

Andrew has 30 years of expertise as a chartered accountant specialising in the provision of corporate advisory and investment banking services to both Australian and international companies. He has advised on a diverse range of transactions including initial public offerings, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, South Africa, Asia-China and Russia. Andrew continues to be an executive director of Inteq Limited, which he co-founded in 1988. Inteq is a boutique corporate advisory firm with a track record of successfully advising on more than $3.5 billion of completed transactions.
Jason Bennett - Partner

Originally from a direct property agency background, Jason has worked through the funds management area into roles relating to capital investment outside the direct property market into other asset classes and indirect investments. Deep property knowledge across all asset classes with a tenacious commitment to driving growth and executing directives for his clients. Proven ability to quickly analyse key transaction drivers and to develop strategies for execution. Brian Joffe

Sector Experience: Financial services, Information Technology, Stockbroking, Private Equity and Venture Capital

Brian Joffe has 30+ years experience as a senior adviser to high net-worth investors in Stockbroking, Private Equity and Venture Capital across Australia, Singapore and the USA. He has provided strategic capital-raising advice in the technology and financial services industries. He continues to engage in business development in the corporate sector and has arranged IPOs and equity sell-downs in both the listed and unlisted sectors. He currently advises clients on the management of investment portfolios, with specific strategic advice on derivative transactions. A consumate networker and relationship-builder, Brian’s focus is building long-term investment relationships based on superior capital returns for his clients.
